Trenton Priory park have an exciting opportunity available for a Vehicle Prep Specialist / Driver. The successful candidate’s duties will include preparing cars for the showroom forecourt and delivery to customers, organising the presentation of the sales fleet, delivery and collection of customer’s cars.

The right candidate must hold a full, clean driving licence and experience isn’t essential as training will be given.

  • Daily service washes for workshop customers
  • Vehicle prep of our sales cars to the highest standard
  • Daily collections/deliveries from customers

SERVICE ADVISOR - TRENTON NISSAN HULL

The Role
This customer focused position requires the provision of excellent support and administrative service between the customer and Service Centre. As the face of Trenton you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of service activity to maximise workshop/body shop utilisation and profitability, as well as ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and qualify customers’ needs
  • Agrees the details of the work that is to be carried out
  • Coordinates activities to deliver agreed work (on time/cost)
  • Updates the customer on progress and ensures high standards of service
  • Keep up to date with products, changes within the industry and legislation
  • Works as a full member of the Centre team

The Person

  • Customer Service experience within a franchised dealership or body shop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise confidently with customers
  • Knowledge of workshop loading systems would be beneficial but not essential
  • IT Literate with Kerridge (preferably) and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A solution focused individual with a natural problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • From an automotive trade background although not essential
  • Must have experience in the same or a similar role

BUSINESS CENTRE / FLEET MANAGER PEUGEOT HULL

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Centre / Fleet Manager at our busy Peugeot dealership in Hull. This position entails managing the sites fleet car and light commercial vehicle sales throughout the Hull area.

Requirements 

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience running a successful Fleet Sales / Corporate sales department within the motor trade. Car dealership experience is essential! 
  • Preferably Must have previously been a Fleet Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Manager or Business Centre Manager. 
  • We are looking for a leader: someone who can develop the team and work with everyone to really utilise the product and deliver a strong customer service to the clients. 
  • Must have a full UK driving licence

SERVICE DESK RECEPTIONIST (MATERNITY COVER)

Trenton Nissan in Hull are looking for a Service Desk Receptionist to cover Maternity Leave. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar customer facing role. You must be able to demonstrate computer skills and have an excellent telephone manner when answering internal and external telephones. To be able to work as part of a team but also the job does involve working on your own.

Hours are full time with some Saturday requirement.
