Parts Pre-payment Policy
We request that all ordered parts are paid for in full at the time of ordering and are subject to our parts return policy below.
Telephone Order Policy
To help prevent credit/debit card fraud and to protect our customers, the card used for payment of parts over the phone must be produced by the cardholder when the order is collected or delivered.
Discount for trade customers will only be issued if accompanied by an official company trade order.
Parts Returns Policy
The Company will not take back, or give credit for, items supplied from stock unless they are returned within 14 days of issue and are in the original packaging and condition as when supplied. The company reserves the right to apply a handling charge of up to 20% on items supplied from stock and also to reject any items not supplied from our stock. All ordered and pre-paid items including back ordered items either supplied or on order, are nonreturnable. It is not possible to cancel any order once it has been placed with the manufacture. All electrical items and body panels are non-returnable.
Estimates & Quotations
Estimates & quotations are valid for 14 days from dispatch from the company to the customer. Prices of goods are based on prices current at the time of preparation of the estimate or quotation and the company reserves the right to increase such prices if the price to the company is increased between preparing the estimate or quotation and obtaining the goods.
Account Payment Policy
We request that payment is received by the end of the following month following the date of invoice. Please ensure that this is adhered to for your account to remain active.
